Surya's latest movie "24", Trailer released !!!

Its been a while since the fans have been waiting for the stars movie. Surya Sivakumar's latest movie is 24 which is to be released on April 14, 2016. Its an another action movie by the star, whereas another genre can also be given for the film. The film is a science fiction thriller. The film will have a duration of 1 hours and 50 minutes.Surya's film production company 2D entertainment announced it through the official twitter account. 

The film is written and directed by Vikram Kumar. Samantha will be the heroine for the film and A R Rahman composes music for the film. The lyricists contributing for the film are Madhan Karky and Vairamuthu. Recording of one of the song has already been completed on February of 2015. Surya also said in a interview with The Hindu newspaper that the recording of one more song has been completed on September 2015. The shooting for the film was started at the mid 2015's. Nithya Menon also acts in the leading roles for the film. The other famous actors who act in the film are Saranya Ponvannam, Girish Karnad.

Vikram Kumar's had a great success with his latest horror movie 13 B : Fear has a new address in Bollywood. The film was starred by R.Madhavan, Neetu Chandra, Sachin Khedekar, Poonam Dhillon, Saranya Ponvannam, Deepak Dobriyal, Dhritiman Chaterjee, Murli Sharma, Sampath, Ravi BabuAmar Upadhyay, Suhasini Mulay, Meera Vasudevan etc. The film was rated 7/10 by imdb. The film had a budget of 60 million INR. The film also received an award. The award was Vijay Award for Best Editor. The film was released on March 6, 2009. Times of India rated the film at 3/5. The film has a length of 2 hours and 26 mins. The story of the film is Madhavan and his family is moving to a new flat on the 13^th floor. They later found out that the stories which occur in a serial are very similar which occurs in their flat. Later Madhavan finds out that a house was there before the flat was built and the members of the family were murdered. The film is also famous for its songs Sab Khairiyat Hai, Bade se Shehar Mein, Aasma Odh Kar. 

At first it was decided Vikram as the hero for the film, Mahesh Babu was also approached with the same project, where he rejected it. Later the decision was changed and Surya has been finalised. Another important news to be shared is that Anil Kapoor has threatened to take legal action against the makers of the film for using the name 24, which he has bought the rights from 20th Century Fox Company. Later they sorted out the issue. The shooting of the film is mainly at Mumbai.

The shooting for the film was done at different places. Anyway the primary location is in Mumbai. A romantic song has been shot at Nashik in the early June 2015. And someother scenes were shooted at Filmistaan Studios in Goregaon. The shooting was also carried out in Polland for 20 days. Much action scenes and songs were also shooted at Krakow, the Zborow Mountain, Zakopane, Leba, Jedlina Zdroj, Nowe Brzeko, Bulowice, Lewin Klodzki etc where all these places are located at Polland. Some important shots were also shooted at Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium in Pune. The team completed the shoot at the Subrata Roy Sahara stadium within one single day. Anyway the whole shooting process was completed by the date November 2, 2015.

Surya's last movies namely Pasanga 2, Masss, Anjaan & Maatran etc have not been that successful. Hope this film gonna bring some great wave to his career for the year 2016.
